- Combat system is now less stupid
- Unblockable red attacks now can be deflected.
- Enemies now cannot block/deflect during recovery frames.
- Player now has a revamped moveset (pending)
- Enemies now attack one by one instead of ganging up on the player

- New fight: Spirits of the Forest; not a "real" fight, more of a proof of concept of multiple enemy encounters. Reasonably happy with that!
- Drastically expanded moveset. Check pause menu for details.

- Mother now has significantly less unblockable attacks
- Added new difficulty option: Automatic Deflects. Enabling it will make deflects, well, automatic.

- Fixed DotE spear hitbox. Ugh.
dev2/1.2a:
- Fixed a bug with Dragon of the East continuing to attack while player is down
- Fixed a bug with DotE's shove attack not being interrupted on parry
- Slightly increased Posture damage dealt on deflecting DotE's attacks
dev2/1.2:
- New boss: Dragon of the East (WIP, some animations are janky and look like ass)
- Parry now doesn't restore health; instead it deals 15% of the maximum Posture damage
- Only first attack in combo can parry now to prevent accidental parries on spam
- Attacks deal less Posture damage across the board on hit (block and deflect damage is unchanged)
- Reworked dodge system from scratch; removed the whole weird "neutral dodge" mechanic
- Fixed a bug with posture damage taken when your attacks are deflected being too high

love the unique art style and sound design, cool game!
pretty solid base mechanics! the two bosses present at the moment are very fun to play, waiting for more!
